Je suis Carole, thérapeute passionnée, spécialisée dans les approches naturelles et énergétiques pour accompagner le bien-être global.
Mon chemin vers les pratiques de soin a été guidé par mon expérience personnelle. Diagnostiquée avec un trouble du spectre autistique (TSA) et un trouble déficitaire de l’attention (TDA), j’ai appris à faire de ces particularités des alliées précieuses dans ma pratique.
Ces expériences m’ont permis de développer une sensibilité unique et une grande capacité d’écoute, deux qualités essentielles pour accompagner chacun de manière profonde et authentique.
Au fil des années, je me suis formée à des approches holistiques qui prennent soin de la personne dans sa globalité : physique, émotionnelle, énergétique.

Ayant moi-même traversé des périodes de doute, de fatigue et de quête de sens, je sais combien il est précieux d’être écouté, compris et soutenu avec bienveillance.
